Small fort Bois du Four

This fort consist of only one block wit armament. The idea was to enlarge the fort with more blocs. Due to economy this is never constructed and only one large block was build Armament was 3 anti-tank guns, 2 heave machine guns, 2, mortars 4 turrets and 1 retractable copula for machinegun. Situation: Between Longwy and Metz A31 exit Villers-la-Montagne/Morfontaine, direction Morfontaine. For information: Maginot-a5.org
