The Marguerre camp
 This camp was situated behind the German frontlines of 14/18 and consisted of barracks and testing facilities. It was used for testing how fast shelters and blockhaus could be constructed.

Location: Between Longuyon and Etain (N18) south-west of Spincourt near Loison.

The battery of Duzey
 In the forest of Warphémont the Germans have constructed three positions for a 380 mm gun 'The big Max". One of these sites is visible and situated near Duzey. The guns were used to shell the city of Verdun. You can visit the site of the gun and the shelters for the ammunition.
